INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS INSIDE EU 3-4 DAYS
Estimated shipping within the EU takes about 3-4 days to deliver after your order has been dispatched. The shipping costs are depending on where you live and are estimated to be between €7,99-€14,99. The costs of shipping will be displayed at the check out and include all taxes & duties.
Pre order: If you are ordering a pre-order item, then the delivery of that item will be the same for the whole order. If you would like to receive the items in stock sooner, we recommend to place the order separate
Returns for international orders:
The costs of return are borne by the customer and are not reimbursed by us.
Cost of return:
International returns (EU) €14.95
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days from when you receive the package to return your order.
Here's how you do it
First of all, you must ensure the condition of the product
Condition of the package upon return
- The goods must appear as new
- There is NO damage such as make-up, sweat and smells such as smoke, including other things that can cause a deterioration in the product's value.
- When you send the goods back, it must be in its original packaging, that is, there must be original neck tags and hang tags.
We always reserve the right to refuse returns in case they do not meet our return conditions.
The risk for returns always lies with the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost or missed return packages.
When your return has been received at our warehouse in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.
