Delivery
We pack and ship all orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday and before 2pm Friday. The delivery time for your order is 1-4 business days after it has been shipped.
Fimi Nae ApS ships goods with the following: DAO - Direct, DAO - Parcelshop
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "to a parcel shop" or picking it up at our warehouse in Aabenraa, Bjerggade 2, Southern Denmark.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package📦, from our warehouse to the parcel shop near you🏠
Right of withdrawal/return
When you shop on our site, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after receipt of your order. If you receive the order over several deliveries, the cancellation period will apply to the last delivered package. This means that the cancellation period expires 14 days after the last delivered package.
The deadline means that you have notified us within 14 days that you have regretted your purchase and would like to return the item.
You cannot regret by refusing to receive the goods without giving us clear notice of this.
If you have ordered several items and only regret part of the purchase, you can of course only return the part you regret.
Please note: - You will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
General information about returns
Once you have notified us that your item needs to be returned,
It is important that it is returned without undue delay, including no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your return, unless otherwise agreed. Return labels can only be purchased through our return portal and you cannot create your own return label. If you do this and the package reaches us undamaged, DKK 50 will still be deducted from your order. Packages sent to a parcel shop will not be collected.
You, as the customer, are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the product, and you are also responsible if the package is damaged during delivery or if the package is lost.
We do not offer free returns. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returns. At Fimi Nae we recommend that you choose a delivery method with track and trace, which means that the package can be tracked, which will make it easier for both parties. The cost of returns is 50 kr.

How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days from the time you receive the package to return your order.
How to do it
First of all, you need to ensure the condition of the product
Condition of the package upon return
- The goods must appear as new.
- There is NO damage such as makeup, sweat, or odors such as smoke, including other things that may cause a decrease in the value of the product.
- When you return the goods, they must be in their original packaging, meaning there must be original neck tags and hang tags.
Step 1 Create return label

You can then print the label you purchased.
Step 2 Prepare the package for shipping
Always include the delivery note in the package you are returning. You can reuse our bags for returns as they have a resealable closure.
Step 3 Drop off the package at the nearest parcel shop

Step 4 Refund/Refund
We will process the return within 1-7 days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
Refund of returned goods
The buyer will have the opportunity to have the amount for the item(s) in question returned if the product has not lost value. If the item has been used in one way or another, we will look at the nature of the item, its properties and the way it functions in relation to its condition and you will therefore only receive a part of the amount depending on the commercial value. Please note that in some cases it will only be possible to return the shipping costs.
However, it should be noted that you can easily try on the item, as in a physical store, without affecting the refunded amount. However, the item is considered used if it has been tried on beyond what is described. If you would like to receive a full refund of the purchase price, please try the item on without using it.
NOTE! It will take 1-3 banking days for the money to return to your account 💸 The money can only be refunded to the account linked to the order.
Free exchange
If you simply want to exchange for one of our other styles or sizes, we will do this for free. To do this, simply send an email to: kontakt@fiminae.dk and provide your order number, as well as which size and color you would like to receive instead. We will then send you a return label for the exchange by email, and the new product/s.

- Only one free exchange per order
- If a different return label is used than the one sent, this must be stated.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange for sold out items.
NOTE! You can only exchange for other products of the same value. If you exchange for a product of a lower value than the product in question, the difference will be refunded. Unfortunately, you cannot exchange for products of a higher value.
